You might not know it from the photos, but the "couple" shown in these photos are actually two of my really good friends. They are incredibly close so I just had to shoot two such pretty people with great chemistry. This fun lasted for hours, lol. I ended up passing the camera to a friend so I could participate. This ended up being one of my favorite "photo days" ever.

my first post!

Hello blog world! My name is Carrie Guggenmos and I am a self-taught freelance photographer. I am from California and am currently studying experimental psychology in Kentucky. While grad school takes up the majority of my time, I bring my digi with me everywhere and can spend hours on end playing with my photos. I do a lot of work for hire, however most of what I post is done either for fun or for the learning experience.  I decided to start up a blog to post my photos with more detail and creativity than my other sites would allow. I will probably start with entries of back content that I have :] Praise, constructive comments and blog advice are always welcome!
